ONESOURCE Tax Provision's Uncertain Tax Positions Application (UTP App) is a very detailed tool used to track and analyze ASC 740-10-50 (FIN 48) and IAS 12 positions. A user manual for the application can be downloaded here as well as additional documents that will be posted as they become available. All of these documents are also available in the "My ONESOURCE Tax Provision" section of the Uncertain Tax Positions Application, with the exception of the User Manual which is available by clicking on the 'Help' link in the upper left hand corner of the Uncertain Tax Positions Application.
