New Support Procedure

In order to improve support for Global Access Module (formerly Remote Data Collection) and provide a better product to its customers, ONESOURCE Tax Provision has decided to support the installation of the Global Access Module application on the following application servers:

• Apache Tomcat 5.0.x, 5.5.x, 6.x
• JBoss 4.x
• IBM WebSphere 5.x, 6.x
• BEA WebLogic 10.x
• Oracle Application Server 10g

If you are using an application server that is not listed, the Global Access Module application will likely still run, but ONESOURCE Tax Provision will not be able to support you in the deployment and debugging processes.

Please note that ONESOURCE Tax Provision will not provide any assistance with application server configuration other than Global Access Module installation and debugging.
