ONESOURCE Tax Provision Corporate Edition Upgrade Request
When upgrading ONESOURCE Tax Provision, all components of the system should be updgraded. The client build, database build, and Global Access Module build (if used) should be identical.
Please note that an internal IT resource will be needed to update the ONESOURCE Tax Provision database unless you are using ONESOURCE Tax Provision hosted software. If you would like to obtain information on how to perform the update, please e-mail a build update request to provisiontechsupport@thomsonreuters.com.
Information that needs to be included in the build request e-mail:
- Name, Company Name, Phone Number
- ONESOURCE Tax Provision Hosted or Client Server (if you access ONESOURCE Tax Provision through https://client.fas109.com, it is Hosted)
- Whether or not you use Global Access Module
- A screenshot of your current About ONESOURCE Tax Provision page
