Steering Committee

The Steering Committee of TaxStream is composed of various users of TaxStream and meets periodically to discuss the future directions of TaxStream. This includes discussions regarding the future directions of TaxStream's technology, support services, user groups, and conferences.

History

The TaxStream Steering Committee was formed in 2006 and had its first meeting in December of the same year. At the meeting, the committee discussed the future development of TaxStream's software and possible courses to be included at the TaxStream National User Conference. In the past, members of the Steering Committee have assisted in planning TaxStream's user conference and presenting at it. Members have also spoken about TaxStream at various other industry conferences. Another main role of the committee is to give feedback regarding TaxStream product suite and our services. Many of the enhancements made to the most recent versions of TaxStream have been driven by suggestions made by the committee.
